Learning Difficulties workshop on 20th of August 2016

WORKSHOP ON LEARNING DIFFICULTIES A one day workshop for principals and counsellors was conducted at Narayana Vidyalayam, Nagpur. The programme was conducted by Dr. Senthil Kumar, Chairman of Helikx Special Learning School. He is also associated with Mind Mingle. Dr. Senthil Kumar in his interaction touched upon various aspects of learning difficulties like, understanding specific learning difficulties and their types, remediation informal assessment and usage of these tools, understanding the child’s growth and development, functioning of the brain, types of learning difficulties and CBSE rules related to such children. The workshop was lively and interactive. The entire team of NSSC, Radhika Mehra - Chairperson, Reena Dargan - Vice Chairperson , Mala Chembath –Treasurer, Father Joseph Koovely – Joint Secretary and Uday Thosar – Joint Treasurer were prominently present.
