Nagpur Sahodaya Schools complex hosted a one day workshop for its member schools on "School Quality Assessment and Assurance(SQAA)" at Centre point school Katol road on 8th July 2023.
Ms Kalpana Kapoor, an eminent leadership coach from ICF and GCG, Master trainer for mainstreaming NEP into schools and mentor for schools to handhold for SQAA in collaboration with CBSE, was the resource person.
The workshop commenced with lighting of lamp ceremony and a beautiful rendition of Sarvadharma prayer.
The Chairperson Mrs Bharti Bijwe felicitated the resource person and accorded a cordial welcome to the gathering of CBSE school principals hailing from Nagpur, Chandrapur,Wardha, Gadchiroli, Amrawati, Gondia and Bhandara.
The Vice Chairperson Mrs Shilpee Ganguly presented the annual report of Nagpur Sahodaya Chapter for the session 2022-23.
In her address, Ms Kapoor explained the purpose and process of SQAA and its significance in the light of the recent CBSE mandates to be accomplished by the schools affiliated to the board.
The member school principals connected and collaborated for group presentations under the guidance of the resource person to understand the standard operating procedures for implementing SQAA through participative and reflective modes of interaction.
The program was compered by the Secretary Mrs Vandana Bisen and Joint Secretary Mrs Pallavi Chakkilala. A formal vote of thanks was proposed by the Joint treasurer Ms Rupali
